Gustamps gets hot news about Mauritius
Gustamps have noted that news about the 1847 'Post Office' Mauritius stamps has hit the stamp world. According to Gustamps the original stamp plate used for printing the famous 1d and 2d post office Mauritius stamps will be on public view in London this year. Gustamps say the last time it was on view to the public was 80 years ago. Gustamps added that it was lost for decades until it was found in 1912. Gustamps said philatelists will be privileged to be able to see this famous philatelic treasure first hand at the London 2015 stamp exhibition.
