Collectors learn more from Gustamps
Gustamps was asked about stamps overprinted 'bAKy' and 'bATYM'. Gustamps explain that 'bAKy' overprinted on stamps of Azerbaidjan are from Baku province. Gustamps say those stamps inscribed 'bATYM' are from Batum. Gustamps add that stamps inscribed in Cyrillic with the words 'bATYMCKAR NOYTA' are also from Batum.
